Mode of Action
Greenzyme Syrup Max acts by binding to microbial cell proteins and phospholipids, causing irreversible damage to the membrane structure. This leads to cell permeability, cytoplasmic coagulation, and loss of viability. Its advanced antimicrobial mechanism ensures rapid bacterial control and improved process efficiency.
Application & Dosage
Recommended dosage: 5 ppm (on cane crushed quantity), in split manner.
Dosage can be increased up to 10 ppm depending on contamination level.
